So What Is Unlimited Business Growth Coaching?

Simple. It’s business growth coaching in 15-minute increments, without the chit-chat and “how’s the weather” stuff, where we focus on getting you to take the next step toward your business goals.

After completing a short business diagnostics, we schedule our first call, the “get to know you” session, it’s 30 minutes. That’s so I can get to know you well enough to guide you effectively. We’ll identify your big goals, and the action steps you’ll need to take to reach them. We’ll also uncover hidden obstacles so we can overcome them with our eyes open.

Each subsequent session is 15 minutes. On each call, we will work toward your goals and come up with tasks that we agree on (we both must agree on the tasks, I won’t go crazy and give you too many).  After each call, I send you an email with a link to the recording of our call,  a list of your tasks, and a link to schedule our next call. You can, of course, have as many sessions as you want during the 2 months we’re together.

There are rules, of course:

1. You will get an email with a link to my calendar to schedule your first coaching session (the first session is 30 minutes instead of 15 so that I can get to know you better).

2. You must complete the Business diagnostics questionnaire before the first session. (Click Here to See the Questionnaire)

3. On the first call, we will identify your goals, what technology you are using, and come up with tasks/next steps that we agree on.

4. Then you can set up your first 15-minute call. You must have completed the agreed tasks before you schedule the next call.

5. After each call, I will send you an email with a link to the recording of our call, your task list, and a link to schedule your next call.

Session 1: The five-part profit formula. The five-part profit formula is so effective because it touches every part of your business. It will improve, increase, generate, sharpen, and strengthen everything you and your employees do. In this session, we’ll look at how to implement the first steps of the five-part profit formula into your business.

Session 2: Decision Making. Decision-making is a key skill in life and business. You and your business are a reflection of the decisions you’ve made both good and bad. Yet most people make decisions without any thought to how they’re making the decision. In this session, we’ll look at how to improve your decision-making.

Session 3:  Negotiation Skills. In life and business, you don’t get what you deserve you get what you negotiate. Yet very few people work on their negotiation skills, believing instead that, good negotiators are born not made (that’s Bull). This session will give you a basic framework to allow you to improve your negotiation skills.

Session 4: Influencing skills. In order to sell more, you’ve got to be able to influence people to do what you want them to do. There are six basic triggers to influencing people and in this session, we’ll cover them all.

Session 5: Advanced pricing strategies. In this session, we’ll look at how you can use price as a path to advantage, not just to make the most profit from each individual sale but how to use price as a positive marketing tool.

Session 6: Advanced business networking skills. Business networking is not just a simple process of meet and greet. It’s a skill that every business owner who is interested in building a better business should master. In this session, we’ll cover the how, where, and what of business networking.

Session 7: The 80/20 in your business. We’ve all heard of ‘the Pareto principle’ but what does it really mean to you and your business. In this session, we’ll explore how you can benefit from the 80/20 rule in your business.

Session 8: Creating Your Market Dominating Position. In these times of increasing competition, you need to have what we call an MDP (market-dominating position). In this session, we’ll show you how to create an MDP making your business the logical choice for customers or clients.

Building a successful business is about getting ‘stuff done’, it’s no good just watching and reading without taking action. Our commitment system is designed is about holding yourself accountable. Each week you’re going to make a commitment to get something done before the next session. This doesn’t have to be a big thing but it does have to be something that moves your business forward. Progress is often made in baby steps rather than large strides.

Not only will you get all the valuable content during your time with our virtual business coaching, but you’ll get to ask us any questions you have about Building a Better Business. We’ll be available if you want to ask something privately, it may be about decision making or negotiating, it may be about your numbers, whatever you like. You will be able to send up to 3 emails a month during your 12-month membership of our Next Level Virtual Business Coaching and we’ll review your questions and give you our thoughts and tips.
