How does it work?
Simple, you pay for a session and then schedule it on Zoom using our online booking calendar. For the best results, we suggest you complete our short business diagnostics (click the button below). Alternatively, you may have a specific problem that you want to discuss then drop us an email detailing what is troubling you.
Note. All discussions are 100% confidential. If you wish to discuss something commercially sensitive then we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Aside from the coaching, do I “get” anything else?
Yes. You get a recording of each coaching session. And you get a confirmation email from me, with the tasks we’d agreed you’d complete and a link to schedule your next session. You’ll also get access to some of my unique coaching tools to enable you to achieve what you set out to do.

How does this work?
You pay a set fee for one year of access to my coaching – at a reduced rate! So, rather than spending £250 – £500 per hour with me, you can get access for much less – just by paying the small retainer fee. Plus, you can schedule as often – or as little – as you like. Based on your needs and your budget, you get to decide if you need more help or less help.
What's the investment required?
Pay-as-you-go rate.
Each 60-minute meeting costs just £149. You can book as many as you want (subject to my availability).
Do I get anything else?
Yes, you’ll get access to a recording of the session and any appropriate business growth resources we agree are necessary.
How do I make the most of a ‘Pay As You Go Coaching’ session?
- Show up on time, ready to talk about your issue;
- Be completely 100% honest about whatever is going on, knowing what you say is confidential;
- Be willing to trust yourself, me, and the process, to get you where you need to go;
- Be open to taking action or thinking in a different way; and
- Stay focused on the one thing you have brought to the call for help.
- Complete the “Business Diagnostics” form.
What happens when I go on holiday?
No problem, because you only pay for coaching as you need it. There are no ongoing monthly fees. You literally pay as you go. Need two hours of coaching this month? Then just pay for those 2 hours at the reduced hourly rate. Need 4 hours for technical help with your marketing? Just pay for those 4 hours at the rate. Need just one hour to check-in and make sure you are on the right track? Just pay for the time you use.

Notes:
For one-off meetings, once your payment has been processed you will receive a link to my calendar to book your meeting.
All meetings are online and will last up to 60 minutes.
Cancelled meetings. Should you cancel a meeting 24 hours before the meeting is due to go ahead then you can reschedule for free. If less than 24 hours then a rescheduling fee of £50 may be charged depending upon the circumstances.
No shows. Should you just not show up to a meeting with no communication, then the meeting is deemed to have taken place and no refund will be offered.
