In this session, we explore the five-part profit formula to grow any business.

 Growing your business is a process and just like any other process, there is a specific formula that governs its success. The formula you need to follow to grow your business is the ‘five-step profit formula’. By adopting the five-step process to all areas of your business you’ll be able to grow and scale your business in a systematic guaranteed way.  Business growth is no longer left to chance, it’s predictable and bankable.

Here’s what we’re going to cover in this session:-

Video One.

• We define the 5 steps of the 5-step profit formula.
• We look at lead generation, the definition of and examples of lead generation, and why it’s an integral component of the 5-step profit formula.
• We look at lead conversion, the definition of and examples of lead conversion, and why it’s an integral component of the 5-step profit formula.

Video Two.

• • We look at why the number of transactions is important and what you should be doing to increase your number of transactions.
  • We look at the average sale price, why it’s essential, and how to increase it.
  • We examine your margins, why they’re important, and how to increase them.
